Our Mission/Aims:  To reflect on life via create a life balance. To be empowered so  that there are successful outcomes in one’s  search to achieve clearly defined goals . To be the best of what one can be whether in the personal, professional or spiritual field.

Mantra For Being offers a combination of searching for  a movement towards one’s life goal through either way to be empowered, an opportunity to create a life balance, to be calm, peaceful and feel synergised through reflection based on aspects of  relaxation and or  coaching.

Relaxation will allow one to move from the beta level (or outer consciousness) towards the alpha level (or inner consciousness) of the mind. It is way of being without the undue stress and pressure of routine life. Or it allows the individual to just be.

Coaching is dialogue with oneself with the help of a coach who represents one’s extended self and helps the individual in commitment towards achieving a goal whether in a personal, professional or spiritual field. Through this it provides a life -direction, purpose and motivation to move forwards… which would be done mainly in the form of self coaching.

Mantra For Being helps create and achieve all authentic and ethical life goals (coaching) and provides techniques for being better and better (relaxation) and or challenges one to be more reflective!
