- Coaching will provide help in personal effectiveness through both clarity of one’s goals and movement towards it minus the interference. The coaching aims that one is proactive and committed.

Relaxation
There are multiple ways to relax. Each one has their own ways: Indeed we need not the other to say how to but the relaxation we are proposing is a way to be at the alpha level where we are most creative or proactive rather than reactive. Sure all that may involve a method …. a way to be but not the way to be.
Coaching
This will be mostly aspect of self coaching where one may use techniques of coaching to be used in the main with one self rather than trying to seek or invite others to find out what or which ways to go through our own effort … in a wy this format of self coaching involves one to be honest with oneself and or apply techniques to make us be a coach in terms of being in dialogue with one self!
Reflection
One who does not reflect is caught up and is always subservient to what others say and do whilst the call in reflection is to be in the mode of openness…. indeed a challenge in a world where we are dominated by outcries form the popular to the reactive in which we are caught up with. The call in being reflective is to always take a step backwards and pause before any engagement!
