A preamble to relaxation/meditation!

To relax in a world of contradictions which is dominated by flaws everywhere one looks is almost a per impossibile as one may never find solace in the thick of it. Whichever way one looks there is a danger to be enslaved and or englobed in the whims of the material. Meditation and or relaxation is surely not that which makes us be more technically efficient in exploiting the ways of the world and its desires unto which one is entangled but it is more of a positive realm which takes the subject away from the merely temporal.

The call in meditation and or relaxation is to primarily, pause and reflect as a norm before one may proceed. It is very much the opposite of a reactionary way where one is always carried away by events about us. Where one is entangled there is little respite to be. Let alone to relax, one finds it a struggle to even survive, portrayed or characterised by ongoing confusions, hatred and violence in the world where the superficial has taken over …. where one spends little if at all some quality time towards revival of the self. In the hustles and bustles of on goings there is verily little time to even contemplate a way of allocate time to the self as all is hectic…. where one aspires to simply survive in bodily forms. This provides one with little chance to turn inwards to the self as all is intentioned to the exterior… in the mode of how to survive and how to make ends meet and how to keep body and self together. With this being so, the subject is submerged in horrid zone and finding no way out of the maze of being entangled almost bounded and to be hounded in the whirlpool of matter which forces one to be in a certain way.

With this being so, ample forms of relaxations are available to one who wishes to break free from the shackles of materials and a plain superficial way. To be sure, some methods simply desires to keep the subject firmly rooted in the confines or trap of illusion and so some forms are presented to try and create and or maintain one within the boundaries of the plainly material. Where this is so, one may find relaxation being limited in that all that happens is a temporary relief.

The method of relaxation and or meditation is not a simpleton aim to maximise one propensity at being better materially but a question of espousing a way where one is no longer enslaved in a fixation or area aimed to achieve a method for success where one wants to be at peace and yet not willing to be proactive. The reactive self may never comprehend the logistics of seeking to recover from the temporal modes. Without a complete recovery and or seeing the futility of the mundane  one may never reap of utmost benefit from the ways of relaxation with the danger being at all times one becomes a victim of the failure to apprehend the dialectics.

It is incumbent on the subject to therefore seek to comprehend the nature of life and adopt those qualities of reaching out to all others as a prerequisite for peace and or comprehend on the aspect of a unity of being based on a non-divided above and beyond the merely material.

It is a non- separatist view of life where anger, hatred and violence of any form towards any other is checked and instead where a more accommodating and a unity of purpose emerges. To be sure, this author is trying to summarise a certain mode of being where one derives ultimate benefit form participation in a relaxation and or meditation session. It is a frailty to suggest that one may meditate deeply and seek to indulge in actions which pry on others. That is a non-comprehension of the aim of meditation. Or what one is attempting to say is that it is impossible to seek the ways of relaxation and then carry on indulging in accusations of anger, hatred and or propound a sectarian approach to be. Jesus had in his ministry clearly pointed that one may not offer prayers to The Supreme if one still has enemies about. The point is to reach out first unto others first before engaging on a mission to have a dialogue with wholly other. In similar vein, one’s proposals to be engaged in relaxation and or meditation demand s a certain state of being, a way to be so that one may derives most benefits. Just like in prayer, the devotee is called upon to develop those qualities which one lacks about a complete reaching out first before even contemplating prayer in its pristine form similarly the call likewise is to search oneself first both in the inner and outer and be ready as a synergy before seeking to use methods which will be of utmost benefits only for those who is n on entangled in the ways of the world.

The preamble for relaxation or meditation is important if one is to make a success of it: Or contradictions will emerge and one may not find the solace one would have hoped for thereby abandoning the process altogether. One has to be prudent and alert at all times less one sees the self as being over and beyond others even if the latter are of a different specie let alone humanoid.

Or a preparation for relaxation is equally as important rather than a mere indulgence in it. The call herewith is to seriously stop, pause and reflect on one’s way of being. So it is not a simpleton of just listening to some classical musical and or going for a walk and or doing some yoga or similar. A little more is required in one’s quest to make sense of it all and by doing so the subject may then recover form the malady of the mundane.

In this vein, one is saying that the ways of relaxation and meditation may not be quite an asset to one who seeks to dominate and or cause disharmony or divisions in the world. Indeed, it is a far cry on towards a norm which seeks to unite and be creative.

Moreover, it is always up to the reader to discover and reflect on what has been written rather than mere acceptance or denial. Let us ask: Does it all make sense to raise these issues and or bring to the fore what after all seems to be a way of being !
